How To Change Signature In Outlook

Create a signature in Outlook by navigating to File > Options > Mail > Signatures and Stationery > New.

Changing your signature in Outlook is a simple process. First, open Outlook and navigate to the File tab. In the Info category, select Options. In the Options window, select Mail from the left-hand side. Under the Compose messages section, click the Signatures button. This will open the Signatures and Stationery window. In the Signatures section, click the New button. This will open a new window where you can create your signature. Enter the text for your signature and then click OK. You can also add images or other formatting to your signature. Once you have finished creating your signature, click OK to save your changes. You can then select your new signature from the drop-down menu when composing a new message.
